1. Proje başlamadan önce velilerimiz proje hakkında bilgilendirildi.Our parents were informed about the project before the project started.
2.Çevrim içi ortamlarda çalışmalar yaptığımızı ve çalışmalarımızı ortaklarımızın görebildiğini belirttik.We stated that we work online and that our partners can see our work.
3.Çektiğimiz fotoğraf ve videoların sadece twinspace ortamında proje ortaklarımız tarafından görülebildiğini belirttik.We stated that the photos and videos we took can only be seen by our project partners in the twinspace environment.
4.YouTube yüklediğimiz videoların paylaşıma kapalı olduğu (liste dışı: sadece linkini verdiğimiz ortamlarda görülebildiği) sadece proje twinspace de görülebildiği, fotoğraf çekiminde öğrencilerin net fotoğraflarının kullanılmayacağı, onların izni olmadan çocuklarının hiç bir fotoğraf ve videolarınınkullanılmayacağı velilerimize anlatıldı.Our parents were informed that the videos we uploaded to YouTube are not shared (out of the list: they can only be seen in the media we link to) can only be seen in the project twinspace, that the clear photos of the students will not be used in the photo shoot, and that no photos and videos of their children will be used without their permission.

We stated that we created closed facebook group page, blog, instagram and twitter pages in order to popularize the project. Our parents who wanted to be registered as members of facebook, instagram and twitter pages. It was stated that student safety and e security rules would be followed in these portals.
6. Bütün bunlar doğrultusunda velilerden izin dilekçesi alındı. In line with all these, a letter of permission was received from the parents.
7. Öğrencilere twinspace ortamı tanıtıldı. Twinspace environment was introduced to the students.
8.Öğrencilere internet kullanırken nelere dikkat etmeleri gerektiği ve e güvenlik kuralları anlatıldı. Students were told what to pay attention to while using the internet and e security rules.
9. e güvenlik adına proje ortaklarımızla beraber okullarımızda güvenli internet kullanımı çerçevesinde öğrenci ve veli bilgilendirme sunumları yaptık. On behalf of e-security, we made informative presentations to students and parents within the framework of safe internet use in our schools with our project partners.
